  • Good Faith Statement: A declaration that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Accuracy and Authorization Statement: A statement confirming the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, under penalty of perjury.
  • Your Signature: An electronic or physical signature.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Include the following information:

  • Your Contact Information: Full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of Removed Content: A description of the content removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  • Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of:
    • The federal court in your district (if you are in the U.S.), or
    • The U.S. District Court where the service provider is located (if you are outside the U.S.).
      You must also agree to accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
  • Your Signature: An electronic or physical signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, Hoodprime Music may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent it.


4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Hoodprime Music reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights.
